Red Hat Acquires Tapia' s Stake in JV, Dec 07, 2005
Red Hat, provider of enterprise open source solutions, announced that it has fully acquired its joint venture in India. The JV was established in 2000 by Javed Tapia.
The company said it plans to contribute more resources to further realize the potential of the open source market in India.
