Mr. Linus Torvalds get it totally *Wrong* this time.

I hope he read Stallman's essay on Free Software. It's not about Microsoft... it's about the policies and patents used by companies to strangle Free Software Developers.

Microsoft simply being used by Stallman because it had become the company where everyone can relate of the *disease* that is killing innovation. This disease is demonstrated by Microsoft by extensive patents and licensing fees, etc. etc.

Microsoft exclude itself in the Free and Open Source Software for a long time... and it has been their position. And as for the GPL, they call it viral when in reality it's their patent that becomes viral.

Taking steps to prevent contamination is not a disease its what called 'taking extra measures for possible risks.' Mr. Linus Torvalds only have to look at FAT. Because open source developers are so lax --- now they faced the problem and they have to make workarounds.
