| What they REALLY need to do is start selling some computers with Ubuntu already pre-installed and let prospective customers check it out for themselves and kick the tires and so forth, so that a potential customer can see Linux in action. I know plenty of people who either still know little to nothing about Linux and/or still refuse to consider anything other than Windows, not knowing how great Linux actually is on the desktop. This would let them see it in action for themselves and make their own decisions. |
