They did "improperly influence" the vote. The God Father of Redmond Mountain made many of them an offer they could not refuse.

There is not a SINGLE program that implements Obtuse Obfuscated Moronic Language. It simply does not exist, it is just a M$ marketing ploy. Only this time they bullied ISO into calling an international standard.

You can build a car without a motor, yet if we believe the M$ sales lies they have succeeded in doing just that! The "engine" is missing out of OOXML because M$ wants to be the only one who can legally build it, and the spec practically comes out and admits it!
