Hmm... could this be the same "open-source" people at SCO who publicly declared that to the best of their knowledge there was no stolen code in Linux? Darl may be full of cr4p, but he sure knows how to swindle the stock holders.
I also love that bit about SCO being months away from bankruptcy due to competition from Linux - at the time SCO was actually a Linux distributor. It would be interesting to see the figures for:
1. money spent on the extortion racket and the ensuing court battles
2. money spent on improving any and all SCO software products or services
3. money wasted on Darl
4. money made by Darl and his pump-n'-dump operation
