They are sold out in the UK too. I have seen them go for £150 plus on ebay and there is no shortage of bidders. It makes a nice change to see a non windows PC do so well.

Correction, that should have read £250 plus, the RRP in the UK is around £199

As for putting windows on the thing, I see no point in downgrading both the security and the performance! - Why would you do that?

The only thing Windows is really good at is games and you don't buy an eee to play games on!

All the UK reviews seem to rave about it and, so far, I have not seen one review from a customer that thinks the software is a problem.
