Users who are adventurous may always try to download the latest and greatest version at the moment of release. It is very valuable at this moment in time that all bugs be reported. It is both the users and developers that make a great system in FOSS ecology.

Users who are new to Linux are better advice to wait 3+ months before diving in to the latest version. I still have my fiesty and I think I'll wait until Hardy Heron or if I'm that itchy to try Gutsy. whichever comes first then-- he-he.
