The SCO comedy continues ... by: pinniped
Wow - there really is a sucker born every minute.

I guess the idiot that negotiated the deal for the bank didn't see the news: SCO LOST.

I thought Darl was the epitome of stupid - apparently there are dumber people on the planet.

Why do these idiots get away with it? SCO files for bankruptcy knowing full well they owe Novel more than they are worth, and yet they are being allowed to keep the proceeds from selling stuff?

They should be laughed out of court and the whole company should be awarded to Novel minus the debts to others since the debts were incurred long before any of this happened. Let the 10M/yr jerk CEO pay off the Stupid Cornball Organization's debts!

York CM just wants attention by: nycace36
SCO has already been buried, and yet York Capital Management wants to now parade around and be the saving, gracious benefactor? Seems that York's purchase of SCO is more of a decision based upon "me-too" pride than any sense of a finely-honed ROI business strategy. Unless of course, that is, York Capital Management is developing increasingly strong ties with UNIX-Extinguishing M$ behind-the-scenes......????
