| SCO has already been buried, and yet York Capital Management wants to now parade around and be the saving, gracious benefactor? Seems that York's purchase of SCO is more of a decision based upon "me-too" pride than any sense of a finely-honed ROI business strategy. Unless of course, that is, York Capital Management is developing increasingly strong ties with UNIX-Extinguishing M$ behind-the-scenes......???? |
