Did those people who took the survey even paid for technical support to have effective facts on professionalism of services from closed source vs open source?
One of the graph compares commercial and open-source... commecial does not always mean closed source. We do know that there are open-source projects that provide commercial support. i.e. RedHat and Ubuntu folks do offer commercial support.
