Programmers should stop concentrating on programming and divert their attention to how to program. That way programmers can turn out absolutely beautifully planned code that doesn't work.

There are a million failed "how to code" schemes out there - like "XTreme programming" - in the end they're a load of crap and simply waste people's time.
