Instead of paying Novell in cash, SCO will offer them a palm pilot email client or something. Hmmm... I thought Novell already had one of those. Darl's always been nothing but big talk, hot air. I dare him to work the spinoff and make a huge windfall - I'm betting on something more like a faceplant.
