For just one year they owe Novel more than they have total.
They do not deserve bankruptcy - freeze their assets, order them to pay the legal fees and default what remains to Novel! |

| IANAL, however, I believe that bankruptcy does NOT avoid any financial obligations as a result of a court decision. IOW, if they are ordered to pay Novell, they will pretty much have to hand over ALL of SCO to Novell as payment! This includes ALL of SCO's so-called UNIX IP assets! End of story! |
