News Comment This is a comment on news story: Linux fans demand more from Dell It's a reply to comment: dell is dragging their feet and not living up to their services by: sakuramboo  there are two major problems in what Eric Greffier said. 1) why do they need to do ANY translation of manuals for Canada and UK? they both speak english. or, do they plan on adding "eh" and "bollocks" to the manuals? 2) driver certification? they are using the same ISO found on ubuntus webside. there is no certification needed when the distro of linux they are using is freely available to everyone already. from the moment that dell started offering linux, i knew that not only is this going to fail, but you can clearly see that dell is not the ones pulling the strings here (can we say microsoft?)
