All comments on news story: Torvalds talks tough on Microsoft
It's a reply to comment:

Microsoft is just acting on a desperate by: gnusci
Microsoft is just acting on a desperate way, it is not a secret that Vista is not being sold, and that MS sales are stuck, so the only way to recover them self is using a dirty strategy which MS always do, just Ubuntu was more important the Vista and DELL have decided to use in their products, that really scare MS because with a company like DELL there wont be any obstacles to show GNU/Linux to all the world...

Updegrove gives an even better follow-though by: nycace36
Andy Updegrove gives an excellent behind-the-scenes follow-through to Torvalds remarks here, thid within his ConsortiumInfo.org piece 'Through the Patent Looking Glass with Microsoft's Brad Smith' at http://www.consortiuminfo.org/standardsblog/article.php?story=20070516070856610

Sure clear up some of the MS FUD here.
