He should try making software that people want, instead of trying to make a quick buck from the open source community.

The only Daniel Wallace involved in programming I found in the first five pages of Google (search terms: daniel wallace software -book) was a post to a Real mailing list last year. The mail came from the domain efficientlearning.com. The only info on the site is an e-mail address and phone number, and a link to a CPA course web site. If it's the same Daniel Wallace, maybe he should concentrate on promoting his own software, instead of frivolous lawsuits.
