News Comment
This is a comment on news story: Linus Torvalds on the GPL Fight
It's a reply to comment: On the GPLv3 "struggle"

Re: On the GPLv3 by: KnuxT15
This is very well-written, even though you are, in a sense, being a tad hypocritical. (some parts make it sound that you are, in fact, "ProGPLv3", instead of neutral).

Though, I have some bad news. This, sadly, is not the place to write something like this and have it be noticed by the people that need to see it. If you want Linus and the others in the debate to hear your voice, I suggest you send it to one of the main Linux mailing lists (like, the kernel list for example). Otherwise, your words will only fall on deaf ears.

Anyways, I'm for whatever side that will include madwifi (or a similar Atheros WiFi driver) in the kernel. I'm really sick of having to lose my network connection for over a week because I had to update my kernel, because VMware is bickering about my kernel being compiled with 4.1.0 and my GCC is 4.1.1. ARGH! >_<
