| Washington Times releases open source projects |

The Washington Times has released the source code of its in-house tools and encourages collaboration. The source code is released under the permissive Apache License, version 2.0. The opensource.washingtontimes.com web site will be hosting the code and issue tracking software, using django-projectmgr.
