Why is it promoting Linux netbook software in Africa but not in the U.S.? IBM has been taking some heat from Linux advocates on a few scores of late, but is it deserved? Hardly, says Big Blue defender Robert Pogson. In a single month, "IBM likely helps install more GNU/Linux desktops than most GNU/Linux evangelists do in a lifetime," he contends.
