| SCO resists Novell's legal tactics |

Bankrupt SCO Group is doing its darndest to beat off its adversaries, particularly Novell Inc., keeping them from staking a claim on its remaining assets.
The small Lindon company, in court documents filed late last week, asked the U.S. Bankruptcy Court to stop Novell subsidiary SUSE Linux AG from prosecuting an arbitration proceeding scheduled to be held Dec. 3-14 before the International Chamber of Commerce International Court of Arbitration in Zurich, Switzerland.
