McBride: SCO is Not Done Yet, Jan 15, 2007
In a letter sent to SCO customers, SCO President and CEO Darl McBride assured his customers that the company is still doing all right. In the letter, written in advance of SCO's Jan. 17 fourth-quarter earnings report, McBride assures customers that SCO is not done yet.

Novell sues SCO for US$26m in Unix System V licence fees, Jan 15, 2007
Novell delivered a roundhouse punch to SCO Group in their dispute over who owns the copyright to Unix. In court papers filed last week, Novell says SCO received nearly US$26 million in Unix System V license fees from Microsoft and Sun Microsystems. But, contrary to its 1995 Asset Purchase Agreement with Novell, SCO has failed to pass the fees on to Novell.
