After two months of delay, the OpenSuse project has released version 10.1 of Suse Linux. The reason for the delay is new software management, which integrates the suite management in the classic Yast2 Suse administration tool and Zenworks Linux Management (ZLM) for the distribution of software. The new system integrates the management of programs suites, updates, and patches, which used to be handled by separate tools in earlier versions of Suse Linux.
