REALbasic brings rapid software development to desktop Linux

Earlier this month, REAL Software released a beta of its latest object-oriented, visual RAD (rapid application development) environment for Linux. Comparable to Microsoft's Visual Basic, royalty-free REALbasic 2005 allows developers to create graphical desktop applications for Linux, and includes a migration tool to port Visual Basic code to REALbasic.
