The Pros and Cons of Moving to Linux

In the first part of this feature, I looked at what influenced me to take the plunge into the icy waters of a new operating system. As an experienced PC and Mac user, my feeling was that after more than 10 years of development, Linux should be relatively easy to cope with. I also liked the look of Linux when a friend showed me it in action and the thought of thumbing my nose at Big Business remains attractive.
