| Red Hat spreads its wings across AP |

Red Hat has opened a new Singapore office as part of its plans to expand operations in the Asia-Pacific region, bringing the total number of offices it has in the region to 14.
The new Singapore office will be the Asia-Pacific regional office for sales and marketing. Part of the office headcount will include the head of marketing, sales, channels, legal and human resources, as well as the Asean sales and marketing team. It is currently staffed by 15 people, with the capacity to expand to 30 staff.
