The Hawaii Open Source Education Foundation (HOSEF) will hold its inaugural Trans-Pacific Open Source Software (OSS) Conference (TPOSSCON) later this month. The event aims to create productive and strategic sessions among entrepreneurs, government officials, developers, consumers, non-profits, and corporations from both sides of the Pacific.
