Google to Offer New Search Product for Companies, Feb 11, 2002

Google, which operates a popular Internet search engine, Monday will unveil a new corporate search product to help companies locate documents within their own databases.

Google said the Search Appliance is capable of scanning a host of documents from personnel records to corporate literature, engineers' computer code and even employee emails. However, it said individual companies will be able to determine the parameters of the in-house searches in conducts.

Installing Linux on the iMac G4 is a pretty painless task. At the time of writing this guide, video support does not work correctly out of the box, we plan on testing out the latest kernel, XFree 4.2 and nvidia patches within the next day or two.
