Application: Silky

Silky is an easy-to-use graphical SILC (Secure Internet Live Conferencing) client. It's written is C and it's using Gtk+ toolkit.

Supported operating systems include Linux and Windows.

SILC is a protocol which provides secure conferencing services in the Internet over insecure channel. SILC is IRC like although internally they are very different.
