Application: PlexMailer PlexMailer is an Anti-SPAM software that comes with an email client and also works with other email clients such as Outlook or Eudora. PlexMailer comes with hundreds of predefined filters to detect SPAM and viruses and it supports dozens of blackhole lists such as ORBS, MAPS, SBL, DUL, Vipul's Razor/SpamNet, etc. In addition, users can define rules to detect SPAM email based on various header fields and contents of the email message. PlexMailer also comes with an analytical engine that gathers information about source of the SPAM message and respective email addresses of the administrators. Users can then report senders to their ISP, send fake "unknown user" reply, store email in a different folder or forward email to another user. PlexMailer supports POP3, IMAP, SMTP, LDAP, NNTP and MBOX protocols. It also supports SSL version of above protocols and S/MIME protocol for secured email.
