Application: Ozibug

Ozibug is a platform-independent, web-based bug tracking system. It is written entirely in Java, and utilizes servlet technology. This allows Ozibug to be installed and run on any platform for which a Java Virtual Machine (JVM) and servlet container are available. It is ready to work straight out of the box on any platform, providing features such as audit trails, file attachments, multiple module support, email notifications, system statistics, xml data storage, custom reports and RSS feeds. For those who require more flexibility, it also offers fine grained access control, multiple module support, a customizable appearance, customizable reference data and full internationalization.

This release introduces the ability to use a JDBC compliant database for data storage. Also included are major report enhancements such as RSS reports, cross module reporting and the sharing of named saved reports between the the bug summary and report pages. Plus the addition of quick links for printer friendly reports, emailing a bug link and sorting on the bug summary page, as well as notifications on the creation of new bugs.

Two editions of Ozibug are available, the fully featured Enterprise Edition including support and upgrades is available for purchase online through a secure payment server, while the basic Community Edition is available at no cost.
