The program looks into a text-file where a
list of born-days is written
and compares the born-day dates with current
date.
If the born-date is in 1 week or was 1 week
ago than current date,
then a notification string is generated.
The program must be running either by
starting of system or
(from a cron script) daily and send
an e-mail if someone going to have a bornday.
