| WebPal is a Perl/Tk desktop utility for converting RGB values to hexadecimal notation and vice versa; viewing the Web palette; testing to see if a given color is in the Web palette; viewing any color based on its RGB or hexadecimal value; and finding the closest 'safe' (in the Web palette) color options for any 'unsafe' (not in the Web palette) color entered by the user. |
