Application: Mpatrol This tool can be linked to a C or C++ program to determine if there are still some memory leaks in there. It's realy useful and easy to use like dmalloc or even dbmalloc but provides a more detailed output. I personally prefer mpatrol on Linux and Solaris. The drawback is that I was not able to port it to Compaq Tru64 even when the documentation claims that it works there.
