Application: Minimalist Minimalist is a mailing lists manager, written in Perl. It is small, fast, and easy to setup and maintain. Supports, except usual features, per-user settings, write-only option of subscription, different languages, work around MIME-encoded messages, several levels of security, archiving, blacklisting and so on. Minimalist can be configured on per-list basis as well as globally.
