WIDD is a front-end application to manage databases through an X11 interface. You can create new instances or classes and submit search queries. In fact WIDD replaces psql of the PosttgreSQL package for example. WIDD can be used with all databases conform with SQL3/SQL92 standard (like MySQL or PosrgreSQL) with JDBC drivers. It requires JDK 1.1.x in order to operate.
