Application: VCHE The Virtual Console Hex Editor uses the /dev/vcsa* devices to let you see all 256 characters as found in video ROM, even control and extended ASCII characters. It can edit non-regular files like hard disks, floppies, CDROMs, ZIPs, RAM, and almost any device.
