Application: ipcalc

ipcalc calculates network parameters given by an IP address and a netmask and displays them as dotted quads and binary values. If a second netmask is provided, the resulting super- or subnets of a transition to the new netmask are displayed. ADDRESS can be an IP address in the network of interest or part of the network prefix.
