    New Debian based distro

Let me know if you have any qubes related questions. I'm utterly familiar with it. When you do the install it'll ask you how to configure it, what VMs to create. STICK WITH THE DEFAULTS! Just trust me on this one. If you want to use it as your daily driver: preferably have a second computer to...

    New Debian based distro

If you only want that install qubes-os and install the debian minimal template, then add the kali repos to it and install only the tools you need. You can hardly get more lightweight and qubes adds some extra security and what not. Its what I use and i love it.

which linux kernel should i choose?

You are looking for a Linux distribution I think. The kernel is the thing that communicates between hardware and software, as in when you download a file, the kernel tells your disk to write it. I think its less about which distro, more about which window manager. Thats the graphical system...

Practical Paranoia Automation: Creating Qubes OS VMs on the Command Line

Here is a nice tutorial on Qubes OS - the worlds most paranoid operating system, which is also used by Edward Snowden. The tutorial explains how to create Qubes OS VMs on the command line using the Qubes management tools qvm-create, qvm-clone, qvm-prefs, qubes-prefs, qvm-run and qvm-volume...

    New Debian based distro

Before you get started. kali and parrot are already debian (or ubuntu?) based. Its a MASSIVE pain to maintain all of those hacking tools and put them into apt. If you plan on getting the tools from github and compiling them yourself, and then packaging them, you better hire a team to do that...

    web hosting

As you're posting in a linux forum, i'd rather tell you how to do that yourself. rent a server with hetzner.de's cloud. The smallest servers costs 4 euros, thats all you need. use ipv6 only. you wont need IPv4 (keep reading ;) ) apt install nginx copy the files to /var/www/html/ (I think...

    I think im getting hacked

Remember the time when thinkpads were made by IBM and you could beat sbd to death with the thing, throw it out of the window, jump out of the window, land on the laptop and it barely had a scratch? Hard to find these machines these days xD Lenovo still makes one every now and then then is a...

    I think im getting hacked

got any noteworthy enemies? If not, and you're not rich either, or a high profile target for whatever other reason, i'd deem that rather unlikely (but maybe the neighbors kid found kali and thought its funny, you never know). Also if people hack you, they mostly want to see / exploit what you...
