hello people I'm trying to find a distribution that works with game development and security with a hint of open space... I know how this sounds but I don know how to word it out correctly

When it comes to game development it doesn't really matter so much on which distro you use but rather on the following three things listed in order of importance:

1. powerful machine
2. game engine
3. development environment

Point 1 is most important, your computer should not be just a gaming machine but a bit more than that because debugging and building games takes more hardware resource than what it takes to play a finished game.

For point 2, if you know C++ I highly suggest Unreal Engine because it the most future rich but it depends on kind of games you'll be making.

And your dev environment is all other tools and libraries you'll be using for which you might need large enough SSD.

To add to what was said by @CaffeineAddict you said security any linux distro can be made quite secure you just have to add what you need. But unless you are very versed in Linux stay away from distros Like kali.

Welcome to the forums
in addition, to the above,
Linux is inherently more secure than IOS, both are more secure than Microsoft and far more secure than Android/google, HOWEVER It doesn't matter what additional security you feel you need to add to any OS, at the end of the day the main security problem is located between the seat back and the keypad,

use to be called an IBCAK error - In Between Chair & Keyboard
